David Alton is an urban planner and community facilitator, who is passionate about humanizing public discourse, overcoming stakeholder conflicts and advancing societal values.
David has an MPL in Urbdan Development from Ryerson University and BAH in Envionmental Governance and Philosophy. He has six years of community engagement experience having worked for the City of Toronto, ClimateActionWR, Bracelet of Hope, Fraser Lake Camp and la Maison de L'Amitié. David currently sits on the Moss Park Board of Management. David provides consulting services on therapeutic planning and community engagement techniques. He has previously worked on projects with Waterfront Toronto, Ryerson University, Cities of Migration and the Parkdale Neighbourhood Land Trust. |
